ISW email-Express : This service is absolutely unique, it allows the user to receive and send email from any computer ( like a web mail service would do) but it serves any user’s email address ( not only an address set at the web mail service). The service also allows the user to read email headers only without him downloading the all message, thus it helps de-spaming and avoiding worms and virus by allowing deletion of suspect and useless messages.
Finally each email, received or sent, is automatically related to a project, a contact and a third party card in the database. Doing so it allows the workgroup’s members mailboxes to stop being overflowed with CC mail for information, for i-SuperWiz will display the email content on request at the moment it is pertinent . Emails are linked to projects, users (as sender or receiver), third party and contacts . Obviously Emails can be searched at 360°.
