ISW info service :
This service allows data push by the server on managers’ demand. Info Headers are displayed on the i-SuperWiz virtual desktop in a Reuter type scrolling band . A click on a header will prompt its detailed content ( in a HTML format), at this moment the server will check the info with a mark that specifies the user ID and when he has seen the info. ( eventually, we shall not display the same info header again when this user will connect next time) . An info will also disappear at the date its editor has set for its end of validity.
All Info transactions will be stored and retrievable in the database

ISW Memo-Express :
This service provides a company private asynchronous messaging service and phone call follower book . It helps reducing useless and unsecured email connections between workgroup members and speed up CRM related messages treatment because a memo express is a special type of task and therefore it is totally related to its project, its contact and its third party. As soon as a Memo Express is sent it is displayed in the user’s desktop homepage and can be prompted to its view ( providing the receiver is on line) .

 ISW Chat :
Current version provides a basic IRC component which is independent from external services such as AOL messenger , ICQ or Yahoo services and tightly integrated with the i-SuperWiz database. This allows users to communicate with others online users. We shall develop this chat into a full Knowledge Managing Chat service, that will store all conversation into the company’s i-SuperWiz database, index key words and allow searching and retrieving any accurate information from previously hold Chat session on request. Another feature of this service will allow to copy and paste automatically chat content into CRM projects they are related to. At a later stage, we plan to provide a Voice on IP feature from into this service so as to allow Voice Chat between members of a workgroup from the i-SuperWiz virtual desktop.
